NPC's all fighting

Half of UD central is fighting near the portal to go to the other UD towns so some of the merchants are unavailable. They are all fighting a spell target and none of them can die so i can't use the merchants until dm fixes or reset.

It's fine, I am at work and cannot physically log in - Epic should be good to go. The merchants start fighting when someone who does not belong in Central tries to sneak through.
