Sadusky's supplies

OK, I just started a new PC on Epic. I took a delivery quest from Argyle to take a book to Sadusky's supplies, which my fading memory tells me is (or was) in Benzor somewhere. I can't find it now for the life of me. CAn someone PM me with the location, please? If this is breaking rules about spoilers, just disregard.

Just walk over the bridge in the middle of the town and look at the sign on the opposite building.
