Classic - players with missing vaults

Post here, if anything seems wrong when you are logging in, such as all of your characters are missing. 
This is only for CLASSIC, we have not restored Epic, yet. (The Epic version that is up is a copy.)
Make sure that you have the latest build of 1.69, your version (upper left of game browser) should show 1.69.8109.
Be sure that you are using the correct spelling of your account, with the correct letters in upper case. For example, if I try to log in as lliira, instead of Lliira, I get a blank character vault.
