Character has too many feats on leveling

Greets folks,
I have a character Kruk'Tah that i'm trying to level to 27. I'd like to take another Assassin level and choose 'Armor Skin' but when I complete the leveling, it says 'Character has too many feats' and puts me back to the beginning again.
Any help would be appreciated.
