CD Key

Hello:

Finally back in a position to play RR again, but ...........


My CD keys are really messed up.

One set works with EPIC
One set works with CLASSIC and REVENGE

-Most of the Epic Characters are all missing. I do have all the lvl 1-3 guys somehow.
-Classic - all the characters are showing up - just fine
-Revenge - all the characters are showing up - just fine

If a wandering and wondering Dev /DM has a lot of extra time, feel free to help out.

Have you tried reinstalling Platinum version, with the CD keys from the booklet? Those CD keys should not cause you trouble, on any of the modules, unless you were banned or something. (The problem that people were having was because of the GoG keys - each player had the same keys, and it caused problems with our module authentication.)

Epic is still just a copy, you should only see any characters that you made on Epic over the past year or two. The old Epic module and vault has not been implemented yet.

On Classic, you should have Zach, Nicha, etc., however they were when you last played them 4 years ago.

Revenge is a completely different server, nothing changed there. If you have any trouble with Revenge, send a PM or email to ServerHost.

Trying again in the Summer of 2016

-Has anyone rebuild the epic characters?
I still have those old 1st level guys, but none of the higher levels ones (older and more experienced characters)
-Classic looks fine
-Revenge looks fine


Interesting note.

One Set of CD keys works for Epic
Another set of CD keys works for Classic
All CD keys work for Revenge.
Nothing changed here.

You have to formally request to trade your current vault for your original vault on epic.
