Dupped item

My friend Momo just gave me a ring of lesser restoration. But when I changed it for the one I had on, the old one became another ring of lesser restoration. I basically have an extra one in my inventory if someone can clear that up. I could give away the dupped one, but you all know how I feel about that. I would. But it's a duplicated item .

Was there a lot of lag? When you log back in, do you still have two?

It was lag. It's fixed Tonya. Thank you. The server needs a reset though
