Server was brought down yesterday, but it hasnt come back yet.

Is the server alright?

The database connection is gone again.

I lost 520.000 gp because of botched levelup without database.

It went down suddenly without any lag this time, might not be a ddos this time.

Does the mysql.conf have a large enough max_connections parameter?

yeah sometimes other sites on the server have to be rebooted for various reasons. My techs don't always remember to tell me when they fix easy stuff before I notice
