All my characters on the server vault seem to be missing this evening.

Hopefully, it's just a temporary misplacement.

Mainly just a heads up since I haven't seen anything recent posted about it or an intentional wipe. Everything seemed fine yesterday evening. I was checking around 9:30ish(pm) pacific time.

I double checked my login and I do seem to be me.

It seems okay now. Please check again this evening, if they are still missing, I will ask Raradra to reboot. Or maybe she already has?

Nope, they're still missing this morning. I'm logging in through 66.154.43.19:5121 - am I using the wrong address perhaps?

I'll check back in the evening.

I see 26 character files in the FooLing vault plus one copy.

Copy? What would that be? Could it be a corrupt file?

My Characters all showed up fine when I checked at 11:30 Eastern (8:30 Pacific), I logged one in, to be sure. ( IP ending in 43.19:5121) I wonder what could be bugging Foo's installation.

I guess...make sure that you are using the same password that you always have? I don't know what else to try. I will PM Raradra to reboot, anyway, just in case. I am able to log in fine, but maybe some file is corrupted for you.

Thanks for having a look. They are still not showing up. I tried making sure to double check the user name and password are the same as they've always been. It's possible there is some authentication issue going on.

Not sure what the copy is for (maybe the result of trying to export someone at some point?).

Note that my in game user name is slightly different than the forum user name. The in game user name has a space in it. Not sure if that matters in what you were checking earlier (guessing it does not but thought I'd mention it incase it did).

If you want to take this offline into PMs, that's fine by me, especially since this seems to be isolated to me (or at least no one else is experiencing it or reporting it).

Raradra reset a while ago, maybe three hours...and you are still having the issue.

Yup

I suggest asking Raradra to delete that "copy", in case that is the problem.
