I've added 2 INT points to the bard/RDD on the strip server, this fixed the problem.
Lliira – Joy, Festivals
Sehanine (Moonbow) – Dreams, Mysticism, Moon Elves
Yondalla – Creation, Tradition, Wisdom
Zinzerena - Chaos, Assassins

Yep, thanks Lliira.
Morale: Someone with 8 RDD levels having this problem is probably missing two natural intelligence points. (regardless of which class was levelled up last)
