Armor Skin Seems To be broken

Armor Skin Seems To be broken

It doesn't seem to do anything anymore. That's pretty much it. I know they changed it in 1.69 but according to my faulty memory, it wasn't the case in the old module. Since I don't have the current module I can't check what it's supposed to do, but I just tested and I'm either missing something or it does nothing.

That's what it says it should do. That's why a player was confused when it didn't happen, that's why I tested it and ididn't happen, that's why I'm reporting it as a a possible bug.
