Use one of the HotU rebuild files related to your platform (PC, Linux, Mac) to patch to the current 1.69
NWMain.EXE with NWNCX and some performance tweaks pre-installed

Extract to your base NWN folder (Usually C:\NeverwinterNights\NWN\)
Be sure to backup your original nwmain.exe
This will provide you with a working server list without issue.
