Resolved-Boat captain vulnerable

"benzor boat captain charles bernard" is not invulnerable nor does he respawn after death.
This issue was temporarily fixed by the "awesomely sexy" DM today.
Perhaps a permanent mod change is needed, since no boat captain frustrates many things.

Seriously, boat captain charles bernard is the very first target any griefer can possibly attack after the gateway. Such an important NPC being vulnerable is too much of a risk on a server that is public to some extent. It can only invite more griefing whereas an invulnerable boat captain would show that the server probably gets boring pretty quickly for any griefer.
