I have all the prereqs but the server won't let me take it saying I don't meet a requirement when I clearly do and it available for me to take

I've got gold or maybe some other trinketys depending on what your looking for I've also mastered weapons and armor crafting hit me up in game

I just edited in the greater guiding belt does that drop? Also what about Greater Brawlers/archers/swordsmans belts?
