I'm thinking I had CEP installed when I made the toon. I am installing it again to see if it fixes the problem.

OK, I just started a new PC on Epic. I took a delivery quest from Argyle to take a book to Sadusky's supplies, which my fading memory tells me is (or was) in Benzor somewhere.
