DM Vecna set up/upgraded both of those puzzles (Drell's and West Benzor), I did the West Benzor one, once - it rewards XP and gold if I am remembering correctly. But I never could solve the one in Drell's. Some players have.

The search function is your friend.

You can re-use a character name, but only after a reset after deleting the first character. So he could be deleted, but then you'd have to wait for the server to be reset before making the new one with the same name. At least that is how it was set up originally. Not sure if anything has changed rec...

Best option would have been to find her backpack. It would be in a spot where she had previously died. (Yes, the henchmen are buggy.) We can also reboot the server, so you could hire another, but they would only have basic gear.

We do not move version characters between the different mods. For example, we will not move a Difficult character to Epic, or a Classic character to Difficult. It causes issues due to the different rulesets and item level restrictions.

We are hosting three of the originals - Classic, Epic and Difficult, plus the copy of Epic as EE, as Waffles mentioned. Although a few have logged in on each, it appears that Epic and EE Epic are getting the most traffic.
